Bhakti: Ancient Path of the Love in the Heart of the Modern World: Many great saints and traditions have said that Bhakti, the path of devotion is the quickest way to self-realization. The path of Bhakti is more than singing kirtan, it is a deep path of inner transformation & revelation centered through the Heart. It is our own intimate connection with the Divine. It is a path of great ecstasy, intensity and emotion – it is learning how to channel this energy toward our deepest yearning and desire. In this immersion we will explore the path of Bhakti from both an ancient and modern perspective and discuss what it means to walk this path in this life. We will explore practices and techniques to cultivate ecstasy and deep lasting Bhakti, to heal the Heart and to share our HEARTS with the world.
PRE-Fest Immersion will include:
– Heart Teachings on the Path of Love, Bhakti Yoga & living from the Heart
– Deep Full spectrum Yoga Practice including asana, pranayama, mudras, meditation & mantra
– A look at some of the great Saints teachings on Bhakti & essential sacred texts
– Japa – Mantra Practice for healing & Heart Connection
– Heart Centered Meditation Practices
– Live Music & Chanting of Kirtan
– Please bring a journal, pen, sun hat, bottle of water and some light high energy snacks to share. Bring your yoga Mat.

Thursday 1:30 – 3 pm in the Sanctuary

Yantra, Tantra, Mantra: The Science of Sacred Sound

The science of sacred sound vibrations is the very heart of yogic and Vedic learning. Matter is made of light and light is made of frequencies, therefore everything is based on sound vibrations and the patterns they make influence our outcomes. So what are the best sound vibrations? When life is out of balance, mantra-based mediations can be used to quickly balance, heal, and nurture your very being. In this seminar, Jeffrey Armstrong a mantra practitioner for over 40 years will share some dynamic tantric mantras, teach you how to chant them, and how to combine this with the sublime emotions of Bhakti Yoga to activate the mantra. Cultivating the sacred flow of breath and sound vibrations releases an inner contentment which energizes our well-being on all levels of body, mind and spirit. This is the ultimate heart healing medicine.

Sunday 4 -5:30 Men’s Tent

Mountain Valley, Sun Moon: Perfecting Divine Relationships

This is an advanced seminar for men only. Jeffrey Armstrong shares the inner secrets of how the Eastern paradigm and integration of the Male & Female Divines or Shiva & Shakti creates an entirely new psychological dimension in gender relationships. This seminar is packed with ancient secrets, practical techniques and sacred empowerments. Discover how you can strengthen these bonds with your most intimate partner. In this way the battle of the sexes becomes the blending of the sexes in a harmonious intimacy.

Jeffrey will also be available for a limited number of AyurVedic Astrology Consultations. Email vasa@jeffreyArmstrong.com

Bhakti Fest celebrates the devotional paths of yoga, Kirtan (sacred music), and meditation. Our festival is a drug and alcohol free vehicle for evolution of human consciousness through a heart-centered revolution.
